I am an experienced communicator and administrator with proficiency in office management and digital/physical media creation. I’m dedicated to the life and mission of the Episcopal Church.

More About Me

  • At St. Paul’s, I am responsible for the day-to-day functions of the church, including maintaining an extensive calendar of events, sending weekly newsletters, creating print and online media, and coordinating scheduling for various internal and external groups. I also administer our parish directory and assist with event planning and other tasks as required.

  • I oversee the creation and maintenance of all Cathedral communications, including the website, weekly and monthly newsletters, printed media, social media, and a variety of other mediums. I assist clergy in planning liturgy and worship, disseminating important, pastorally sensitive information, and determining their vision for Cathedral communications. I’m also responsible for young adult programming and planning a number of large events and outreach activities each year.

  • I worked closely with Representative Andrew Stoddard, managing his schedule, coordinating interviews and meeting with journalists and interest groups, and keeping him informed about ongoing media coverage during the legislative session. During the legislative session, I provided support during meetings, House floor time, committee hearings, and interviews.

  • I am deeply familiar with the liturgical and theological heritage of the Episcopal Church, and have a good understanding of our polity. I’m a dedicated Episcopalian.

  • I am experienced with creating print and digital content in a variety of media, including logos, social media posts, posters, booklets, and more.

  • I’m used to working independently and setting personal objectives that align with the goals of the organizations I serve.

  • I am an experienced website designer and manager. I have built several websites from scratch and taken over management of several existing websites.

  • I am proficient in managing social media output on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Bluesky, Threads, and TikTok.

  • I am experienced in administering and using online services, including email services, Canva, Zoom, Discord, and more.

  • I have experience managing relationships with vendors and outside contractors.

  • I’m an experienced video editor, and enjoy creating videos that enhance ongoing fundraisers and projects.

  • I have worked with teams of various sizes, and get along well with colleagues. I prefer a collegial working environment.

  • I have helped coordinate and run several successful stewardship/fundraising campaigns in various settings.

  • I’m confident with both Microsoft and Google Suites.

  • I am an experienced scheduler. In one of my current roles, I’m largely responsible for managing building use and access, including coordinating with outside groups. I maintain extensive event calendars for both of my employers.

  • I am a quick study, and enjoy picking up new skills.

  • I have experience managing parish records and compiling/maintaining parish directories. I also moved one of my parishes to an online system for ministry scheduling.

  • I am a strong writer, and am experienced in writing for a variety of purposes and audiences.

  • I have worked in fast-paced work environments for my entire adult life, and understand the importance of being able to make changes quickly without sacrificing quality.
